A 48 year old Hamburg man employed at a utility line locator settled claims involved in a work related motor vehicle accident for $297,000.00 on the eve of trial. The injured worker aggravated a prior low back condition that resulted in additional surgery. Settlement also resulted in a continuation of workers’ compensation benefits.
