An oil worker and his wife were awarded $1.1 Million for the serious injuries he sustained in a head on collision in 2008 while in the course of his work duties. Interestingly, the truck that crossed the center line was owned by a rival oil company whose driver had dozed off. Dan Chiacchia and Andy Fleming personally participated in the mediation sessions that resulted in the final settlements.
