MVA results in $710,000 Negligence Claim

A car salesman and his wife were awarded $710,000.00 after the Husband was injured when his car was struck by another driver.  Arbitrators awarded damages not only to the Husband, but to the Wife also on her loss of consortium claim.  Dan Chiacchia handled the case from start to finish.
