Construction Laborer $1.8 Million Settlement

A construction laborer was injured when a boom on a concrete dispenser swung and knocked him into a pit. He sustained injuries to his head, shoulder, neck, and back. Recently he accepted a settlement as negotiated by Dan Chiacchia during jury selection in State Supreme Court. Tiffany Kopacz assisted Dan in the handling of the negligence claim.
